It's been discussed here. Something ain't right with it, or it would have sold a long ago.

I wouldn't be concerned about where it was listed. It's easy enough to post in multiple places to gain a wider audience (maybe they summer in Seattle and winter in Florida - plenty do?). The pictures present well.

The red flag is the two people that looked and didn't buy. It'd be interesting to hear what they found. If it's been discussed before maybe a mod could merge the threads?

I looked at the coach very closely and it has been abused badly. The front slide for the genny is bent and the grille on the drivers side rear is broken badly. The dash was removed and the wiring very badly hacked. The coach would not start and there were signs of black mold that had been attempted to clean up but still very visable. It was also very very dirty inside and the general overall condition would be rated as extremely poor.

Although NADA says asking price is in the ballpark, this ad throws up lots of red flags: tons (too many) of professionally staged pics but none of mechanicals, pics 6 mo old but coach still for sale, 10kw? generator, no mileage listed, ad posted in multiple Craigslist cities, liberal use of the word CASH in the ad... The coach looks great in the pictures, almost too perfect in fact. But this ad makes me want to keep my hand on my wallet!

Did anyone notice the roof air interior units in the living area? This practice was stopped with what, 1990 or '91 models? I wonder why someone did this to a '99?

Is this the same LX that has been for sale in central Fl for some time at $60K?

If so, it has been discussed here a number of times.
