Last night was asparagus from the yard, bacon/jalapeno/blue cheese meatloaf, and mashed cauliflower (lots of cheese in it, very good), and some homemade cole slaw.

The hunger is pretty much gone all day now. 5pm hits and I'm ready to eat a horse, and I can! I love cooking and I am able to eat quite a bit on this diet, so I think I can continue this for a long time.
You’re not fat, just short for your weight

I neglected my garden last year, grew nothing but weeds. It's 50% done now. Lots of plants, but I usually start things from seed, not this year. San Marzanos and lots of peppers!

Here I thought I was big boned! Lost 1lb in the last day. Ribs and more asparagus (growing like a weed right now) for supper tonight. I felt like a French goose, it is getting seriously hard to eat enough calories each night. Zero cravings during the day still. Avoiding all sweetners. Very strict, tons of fat. I am really surprised how well it's working.

That’s great, kudos for your willpower. Losing weight is a huge challenge.

You’re going to need long pants and shoes to stay warm next winter.

It was about 45 last night, drizzling, dark, windy, mowing 3 acres of grass. I did put my stocking cap on, but standard uniform otherwise!

Lost 2 lbs last night. Eek? Maybe it's all water weight, but it is coming straight off of my gut.

When I was on Adkin's I would lose on average 1/2 pound per day after the first two weeks. Adkin's, low carb, Keto are mostly the same. Stay away from the carbs. Protein and fat are the key to not getting hungry again quickly.

Fully avoiding carbs - maybe 5 net per day. The fat and protein really are working, I am not hungry! It is taking some time to adjust to this, low energy in the beginning, but that seems to be going away.

Heck no - turns out to not have any effect so far! No insulin response = no problem for this style of diet. Had me some Woodinville port-cask finished bourbon just last night

As your body begins to consume the fat the energy will return.
