It is tragic. I also think it is tragic that that a mother saw an opportunity to make money on the death of her child. Walmart, in my opinion, is totally blameless, but some shyster attorney convinced her that they might not eve have to go to court and get a settlement from "deep pockets". Nothing, can bring back that child. Nothing Walmart did contributed to her death. But Roberto may not even have "pockets" so he is not a target.

A few things come to mind.
In this day and age who leaves kids along in a car? Idiots. Who cooks breakfast or any meal on a charcoal grill in a walmart parking lot.Idiots.trashy people. Who puts a hot grill in the bak of a mini van with bedding nearby?idiots. I sleep in walmarts all the time,i never cook outside and Carol always spends. money inside. I pick up trash,and we always pick up our dogs poop. I can't stand stupid people. Walmart should sue the mother for leaving those kids all alone,sleeping.
