I am starting to think the Aux solenoid might have something to do with my problem.

Question 1. What direction to the 6amp diodes run? I see a gray line on one side ?

Question 2. With my aux switch off "in the middle position " I have equall voltage on all 4 terminals of the 200amp solenoid. Is this normal?

Daniel.
Lets think about this.
It clicks and will not start from the front.
It starts fine from the rear.
You are starting with 2 different switchs.
One does not work so well, the other works fine.

I'm thinking i would be looking at the ignition switch.
The front one.

I have replaced the front ignition switch with no change. When I use the front ignition switch with the aux switch in the off position "middle" it makes the clicking noise and will not start. Turning on the aux switch "left position " it will start slowly causing both battery gauges to bounce to 0. That got me thinking maybe I have the diodes in the wrong direction?

In the quest to fix the intermittent starting issues, I have discovered that the K10 relay in the upper front electrical cabinet has the white wires pulled off and taped. It appears to be a TV ignition protection? Does anyone else have this disconnected? Could this be my unicorn starting issue?

Hi Daniel,

Relay K10 just disables the TV while the ignition is on so that the driver isn't distracted by the TV while driving.
