Sorry, we have been off for a while. I contacted Griffith Rubber Mills in Portland about 2 years ago. I asked about replacing a seal. They told me at that time it would be $8000 Minimum 10 seals + shipping and possibly tax, to me and then forwarded to each buyer. At about $800 plus shipping to you from me. For Front Slide. I did not price rear slide seal. Since it is smaller, I would think it would be cheaper, but I do not know. As far as putting them in, it is not that big a job. It is a 2 man job for novice, all day in the dry. There are no clips/retainers, you just need a roll of 3M VHB double sticky tape. Good scrapers for removing old sticky tape plus cleaner for glue. Be sure there are no sharp edges to be found.
There are a few M380s out there that the F3/F4 button will retract slide. The rest of us have to remove arms to retract slide. The wife and I have done this. We have replaced and repaired our seals (front and rear). There is no reason why we can't all get together and help each other. All we need is a good place to do it.

If they ship from Portland there should be no tax, but if they ship from Indiana there would be. If there is a choice the more than $500 IN tax would likely pay for any shipping cost difference.

I haven’t owned this bus for all that long, and it’s my first rv. Between the the tires, brakes, batteries, a/c units, and now seals, I’m never going to get to retire. I’ve figured out the little compressors aren’t working also. But I guess I can’t take it with me, so put me down for a front and rear seal.
