Before we headed out of Evergreen Tuesday, somebody mentioned the Fire Department is using part of the area. Any updates?

All is well again. We have had 2 days of rain and even if they are here mopping up we are good to go.
The projected temps have fallen to mid 70s so that is great. The bad is the rain may have hurt the cherry crop.

Question for those who live close to hood river. Can you recommend a mechanic who can install a Blue Ox base plate on a 2004 Honda Element? We couldn't find anyone around Rocklin CA who would do it this week and we want to attend the rally so we decided to drive both vehicle up to hood river if we could get it done up there next week!

Try XTC Truck and Toy. 541-387-6688. They are excellent and I would think they would do it.

Thank you, dropping it off on the second and he said he’d make sure he’ll get it done in a few days!

We will be on our way to hood river with stop at Shasta and Crater Lake! Should be there sometimes Monday!

Thanks again,

Look forward to meeting everybody!
