Question Load Air 09734??????

Sorry I'm very new to this

All the airbag valves are unplugged and everything is plumbed into this valve on the dash

It has a gauge (75psi) and an adjustment knob. AND is hissing air all the time while driving. It's very annoying. Our coach is pretty bouncy, too.

Yes Konis going on as soon the get here

Thank you for any help

Jim, You say this thing hisses all the time. Is it passing air when sitting still? Do you have a way to post pictures?

Could the hissssssssssss be a pressure release exhaust to maintain the normal air bag pressure.
This is a previous owner modification, that we are not familiar with.

Question

Thank you for your offer to help

I have no way to get into the actual valve to take a photo sorry

We are the third owner from new. First owner had a fleet of trucks and crew. Everything they did was very professional. I am sure this is a 'No1' owner mod

Yes it is venting ...... hit a big bump the expelled air is very loud. It acts a a pressure relief valve....... my thought

How much pressure is required to run the bag system normally? I'll set it at that

I need to figure out how to get this thing to vent outside Now it just vents on the far right of the dash and the noise almost covers conversation. YELLING at my wife isn't a good idea !!!

Other issues

2-12v batteries, 1/2 the amperage needed to run everything.

The original bat chargers do little to help. I'm thinking there must be something new electronic and more capable

Same with the microwave oven

I need to find parts and build a 30/50 amp cheater plug. I think that will solve the 1/2 panel problem....... and parts or cords I can get in So Cal or on line??

There is a constant warning buzzer. Everything looks OK. 1981 is there a seat belt buzzer? If so How is it disabled!! Loud and again I really don't like screaming at my wife to just talk........

Is there a small tankless propane water heater out there?? I really cant get the water heater to work.

I still have propane to the fridge and cook top but none to the heaters

Sorry for all these questions

Does the original air valve system vent excess presser too. Ride height is higher at the rear than front.

Again thank you for your efforts.

The leveling valves release air slowly. The air must compress as you hit bumps to act as springs. By the time you run over a bump the leveling valve has not let out much air and then its adding it again.

If both the front and read bags are plumbed to this load air valve it would be mixing the signal. Since this is a truck item perhaps a truck shop should look at it. Myself, I don't think it will ever work right.

Your water heater is electric of the 110 volt kind. The switch is at the foot of the bed on or bus. Since your having problems with a shore power cord that could also be your heater problem.
Try moving your 30amp cord to the second plug in. The 2 30amp cords power seperate legs on you bus.

I don't have a seat belt buzzer. If I did, I would find and unplug the buzzer.

If you would like give me a call 870 715 9639
