Default Patience Prevails

So after several years of wannabe statis, I'm going to pickup my new bird today. A 1987 PT38. Clean as they come. It was Harry Fields bus that Shane listed here in '17 https://www.wanderlodgeownersgroup.c...ad.php?t=29971
I missed out on it last time.
I'm stoked! Would never have gone down this road without WOG
More info to come, and lots of questions, I'm sure.

Toaster, yes. Untested however.
When I get the safe combo today, I'll let you know about the cash.

Blender Yeah, But there are even more rare options.
The rare and highly sought after wet bar and Brewmatic

200 mile trip home yesterday went very well.
After I lost the newbie jitters and got the feel for it, she cruised like a dream.
I've driven motorhomes and trucks this big before, but never anything this heavy or with air brakes.
The seller was great to work with, and spent several hours instructing me on the coaches finer points. Now I've got to get reading the blue box. Lots more to learn.
Thank goodness you all are here to fill in the missing pieces.
FYI For those who may have thought otherwise, my blender comment above was an attempt at sarcasm. (and the safe was empty)

Default WOG Power

Welcome to the team. Your coach is beautiful. You apparently already discovered the power of the WOG. There is no better place to be as a BB owner (or wannabe). Life is good!

Default Air brakes test

Hi,
Suggest you do the air brakes test before driving.
Same test the Semi drivers do.
Have fun with your Wanderlodge!

Going to add this, not directly about Wanderlodge’s, but might be of interest.
This is YouTube video of supertruckerdan #/216. Like the non copyrighted tune ITV starts with on the drone around his place in Benson AZ.
If you watch Semi,s in action, you get a feel for things that are needed on your Wanderlodge.
Like heated mirrors, spare filters, oil, looking for leaks when stopped, have a heatgun, checking the wheel hubs and tires for a overheated part.
