Default Rettroband steer tire blow out protection

This is an interesting upgrade from the bands that some people use to keep the rubber on the rim in case of a blow out. These actually give you limited run-flat capability. I've only watched the two videos on it, so there is more to know.

If there is interest I'll try to get more information from them, possibly get them to come down from Atlanta for WOG.

PS- Are the embedded YouTube videos working? They never seem to work on my end and it could just be me using the wrong tags (using YTHD).

Video did not work. Went on YT to look. Seems like a good idea, I just put the Tyron bands on my steer tires. Seems from what I see on the WWW these come in around the same price. Biggest advantage I see (and read about) is they limit the drop of coach after the tire blows. Compared to the Tyron bands, this is a plus. Maybe in a few years for me. We will see. Thanks for showing them to us (me).

It’s only available through the national indoor rv center. You have to call them, and I think they are installing it too.
