Default french frys and fried chicken and fried pickles.

BAD! Fattening food!
But i do i by request!

My great neice is here and she wanted fried chicken, she loves chic- fil-a
Is that how you spell it? i have never eaten at one.
But,she wanted frys and fried chicken (however you spell it).
So i made my special Marilee fries, with a new twist,Marilee your going to love it!
And fried chicken fingers, cut right out of chicken breast (kids don;t eat breast, they eat fingers).

Abby says the fingers were better than chic-fil-a,hey,thats good!
Abby also likes fried dill pickle slices.
So we fried up a plate full of them too!

Heres the chicken recipe, cut breast into fingers, and brine it for 4 hours in dill pickle juice, then dip in egg/milk and then flour it with all purpose floor.
then deep fry until the chicken floats,it will be perfect.
The frys were also brined in water and pickle juice, for 4 hours, then fried until they float, perfect!
Then fry the pickles,i dipped them in the milk/egg and floured them, fry them fast, and yes, when they float they are ready to eat, yummy!!

Default Fried food

That sounds like a meal made for a king! Or queen/ princess. Anyway it sounds great! Now that you made me hungry I'll go find something to eat.

Never heard of fried pickles but if you can fry ice cream why not. chic fil a is pretty much McDonald's only chicken not beef. You haven't missed much if anything . I think they are expensive for what you get but the cows seem to want you to go there . I think their advertising is cute and probably affective.

Home made fried chicken using freshly killed chickens and done by some one who knows how is about as good as it gets. I had an aunt who was great at fried chicken. This is going back a bunch of yrs maybe 60

I think the fingers is a good idea because going the whole breast is probably hard to get the thing cooked entirely thru.

Interesting isn't it. How gas stations have changed. Cars take almost no service so may as well feed the fat folks who drive'm Wonder what things will be like 50 years forward.
