-the google search bar (extremely handy)
-the site is very clean and loads fast (no flash or ads or "eye candy" which just gets in the way)
-I think it is managed extremely well
-obviously the members and the tremendous amount of knowledge

Love this forum, its all about the subscribers and the people. Lots of great info and support. Well defined subjects and categories. Great sense of humor and light chatter goes on to keep it fun and personable.

Default What's not to like?

Without this group and this site I would not have bought a Bird, and certainly not a 33 year-old one. I would not have started The Project. The Project has and is including, new air springs, shocks, brakes, hoses and canisters, lights, drip rail paint, engine compartment insulation, tires, hydraulic pump, air governor, starter, batteries, alternator, every hydraulic hose, all coolant and most heater hoses, battery cables, new Jake brake and several cans of POR-15 (only spilled one can so far).

The threads from all of those who have gone before me have proven invaluable and when I finish and hit the road I will add my .01 worth complete with pics.

Thanks to Randy for the forum and John for managing it so much and everyone else for all the great information.

I'm going out and lube my tach sending unit right now.

Default Fast response

No matter what the issue, if you post a question here there will be an on point answer provided. I have seen over the years many times that someone is broken down on the side of the road and get things moving, at least out of the road with the response given on this forum. Most of the time there is an answer by simply searching the forum.

I have also seen members get in their own vehicle and go out to assist a member with an issue, tires delivered to the side of the road picked up for them. And then there is the WOG express, we can move stuff across the nation, maybe not as fast as FedEx but it gets there.

I will get off my soapbox but the last thing I want to mention is simply the friends made here, at rallys and on the road. There are a lot of members that I have never met but feel that they are my friends.

Thanks to Randy, John and everyone involved for a great forum.

Default Bus Type

I like the bus model in the signature. It allows me to quickly scan for posts that may be more relevant to whatever I'm researching.

1. I like the people! Awesome bunch and always willing to help. This site, and the people on it, is why I bought a Wanderlodge instead of a Prevost.

2. As a hands-on guy, I love the treasure trove of information. Sure I have had issues with the bus, but it's all here. The answers are here! It loads fast and I love the "new posts" button.

I am with Mr. Shrimplin. The site is great, well managed, and that is what makes all the great folks end up here. Makes owing a Wanderlodge worth while. No other brand has the support we have here, and a great place to make lasting friends.
