Ethel's Cookbook & Your Favorite Recipes I haven't met a potluck that I didn't like, and that goes double for rally ones! Please post your recipes here with your name, where you're from, and cooking instructions, you can also e-mail them to me at jehdds@hotmail.com. Thanks, Ethel (bubblerboy's other half!)

Default Bacon explosion

OK,a new dish i made (stolen from a food place in Montana) at the rally.
Bacon and lots of it,weave it into a 12x12 mat, then take about 2lbs of ground sausage and spread it all over the bacon, about 1/2 inch thick.
Then cut some jalapenos and lay them along one end, roll it all up from that end, roll it tight.
I have the whole thing laying on a sheet of foil, roll the foil and all, wrap it tight in the foil and bake until done, slice from the end so you have a roll about 3'' across, grill some shrimp and place one shrimp on each roll and then drizzle with Balsamic reduction/glaze.
Yum,yum!
