Default Vinyl wall cover for 2004 M380

Does anyone know where to buy the two tone rectangular wall cover for the M380? If not has anyone tried removing sections and painting the board beneath? Thanks!

Default Vinyl for 2004 M380

Recently purchased a M380. Some of the two tone gray vinyl is damaged. Anyone know where I can find some replacement? Or, has anyone tried taking the vinyl off an d painting the board beneath? Thanks!

Hi Randy,

I see the confusion - Edward posted a more detailed Message in the "Test Messages" area but then he left out the details in this thread so I'll move his original "Test" post over to this Thread and change the title. JW

Default M380 Interior Gray and Red Textured Wallpaper

Welcome Ed!

I have both of the exact same surfaces in my coach. It is my impression that they are wallpaper. Wallpaper manufacturers regularly change out their patterns, colors and shades. There are literally thousands of currently available gray/red textured wallpaper patterns and shades, with far more that are no longer made. I’d be surprised if you are able to find our same patterns and colors 15-20 years later. However if anyone can, it will be a WOG member!

Three years ago when I tiled my kitchen backsplash, it appeared the gray block pattern surface behind the strip mirrors matched the rest of the coach and it was very permanently attached wallpaper. When I tried to remove that wallpaper (mechanically not by steam) it would not come off, period. Based on this, I elected to leave that surface intact and applied the tile glue directly to that surface. Three+ years later that tile is intact. The patterned border wallpaper which is applied to my lav sink area is pealing off. This Fall I plan to install tile to that area and may also include new wallpaper in the toilet area. For these areas, I will likely pick from current colors/patterns that are available.

The 1st pic below is of the surface behind the kitchen backsplash mirrors once they had been removed. The last pic shows the pealing decorative border wallpaper (soon to be replaced with tile).

Default 2004 M380 wallcover

Thanks for the reply. Your replacement of tile looks great. I'm on a new mission. Just need to convince husband. He'll be impressed when he see finished product.
Thanks again.

Carolyn

Learn to use the WOG search function. Use my “NoGas” WOG name with “M380”, then add a subject and see what pops up! For example: tile, faucet, induction range, shelves, Samsung refrigerator, Magnum Inverter, wood flooring, TV lift, Travler Directv, cell booster, water heater, Hurricane, LED, battery, all-electric, solar, headlights, water bay, dump hose storage, exhaust, BigFoot jacks and jack pads, awning light... and that’s just a sample. Big projects I started have their own thread names and are extensively described. Others are imbedded in the posts of others. Either way, you’ll find tons of upgrade ideas with lots of pictures. Enjoy!

I wish more WOG ladies contributed here. Their ideas/comments add allot. Welcome!
