Don’t have a dedicated forklift because I’m on gravel so I got a set of forks for the backhoe
They work but nowhere near as good
Andy if you keep the max weight down and get good air tires it might work if your ground is solid

I'm going to look at one in Indiana next week that's rated for 4k with extra long forks, has big pneumatic tires. I can deal with that on gravel. It's flat and level gravel, at least, and soon enough it will be more like pavement I even have a place to run it inside now out of the snow!

Where I ran into trouble was after a hard freeze then a thaw but pneumatic tires it will be better and 4k is perfect size

Andy,
Are you a fork-lift owner, now?

"Reman" injectors, but the only used parts are the bodies. Every other component is new. People seem to have good luck with these but the parts are clearly Chinesium. Interstate built and tested them for me, they are 9A98's, so there will at least be factory support for them.

Andy!
How’s it going up there in the frozen north?
Able to pull the engine before this storm hit?

I had a pleasant conversation with a Detroit whisperer the other day, he emailed me and gave me his phone number to call him, we chatted for a couple hours, lots of info, probably forgot half of it already but he said I could call him back any time.

Here is a video with him in it about his drag truck:

Nope, that one fell through, but I will get one soon. I have a few others on the line, just trying to convince them they are asking too much for them.

Engine is still in place, but it will be coming out this winter somehow. But not this weekend, it's -8F! I have seen this video before and I am familiar with who he is...

Game on! This followed my trust rusty old Dodge home today. It needs some love, but she runs through the mud and starts right up! Smokes like a 2-stroke, the hour meter is missing, probably read a million, so I need to look into that.

Oh cool one more project/problem
But just think of the time and money you will save
Oh tell the wife you need it because it will make your jobs way safer
The only way she could keep up with you is if she owns horses

Several people asked me what I wanted to do with a fork lift today. Duh? Lift heavy stuff?

Wife has WAY SURPASSED me with crazy horse stuff. I can get and do whatever I want, lifetime pass.
