Just to update on this issue. I ended up ordering a Delta Power Hydraulic directional control valve (NOS) off of eBay. It turned out to be a 110v not 12v. Was able to remove the old electromagnets from each end and use them on the new valve body. This solved the problem. My son (Dustin) did most of the work, I just supervised.
