38° outside the Finn's Inn Express earlier this morning here at the Mayonnaise Farm in De Land, Fl with the sun shinning brightly now. It was nice and toasty inside last night with an extra blanket and a warm beagle at my side with the cat held in reserve but not needed, another cold night tonight.

The weather is exactly as expected here in the frozen north, great snowmobiling and the lakes are frozen solid
(P.S. brass monkeys are all inside)

14° Ft. Davis State Park. Both the Wanderlodge and myself survived - barely. BTW, this is a beautiful area.

According to my monitoring system report, the boiler was running quite a bit. Report that covers the last 24 hours up to 11:59 pm. is E-mailed to me daily. The basement temp sensor is near the boiler so it is a bit high compared to the rest of the house.

Sat 1/7/2017 11:59:00 PM
The boiler has run 659.37 minutes since midnight
Duty Cycle 45.79%
The current basement temperature is 74 degrees
The current outside temperature is 18 degrees

Should hit 76 here today in Tucson. But back home our daughter's friend has a grandfather who said his teeth were chattering-in the glass!
