Default Installer short on brains

I am preparing to install a used mobility scooter lift on my Jeep. Got the receiver hitch installed, but the mental midget that installed the lift for the PO misread the instructions, chose the wrong set of mounting holes and decided to adjust the mount to make it fit. I will see if a local welding shop can fix it up.

Gardner, I feel your pain. I keep running into the same problem. Guys with room temperature IQs charging you an arm and a leg to do nothing more than screw something up.
