Default Low Point and Fresh Water Drains

K, I know this isn’t an Alpine, but I see only a cold water drain and no fresh tank drain. Is the hot water drain the water heater. Where is the fresh tank drain. I know this has been winterized before because it has a valve stem in a threaded screw on hose cap. I can see what looks like a fresh water drain valve back toward the center line of the BB in the attached picture.

Since you’ve not had any replies yet, I’ll at least mention that your M450 owners manual may answer some of your winterizing questions.

Thank you. I have looked through that but didn't find much. Mike B saw the post and gave me a call. He has been a great help. I only hope I can learn this coach and return the favor some day.

I was surprised that the drain for the water tank was a small hose and not a 2" pipe. Glad it wasn't full of water.

Modified, after the fact, under contract. When I service any older tank like the 15 year old tank on a 450, I never open the large drain valve all the way, vents are ususlly less total area or muffed. Quick drain create a vacuum in the cubic, old, road bounced, heated, cooled, uv sensitive, plastic tank. M
