Default 1982 FC33 Positive Battery cables

I wanted to change out the positive batterie cables because they have been shortened too many times. from the only schematic show bot positive cables terminate together but so far I have traced them behind both gray and black water tanks, and looks like they are tapped together it the battery charging bay. they were originally 6 volt but were changed before I received them. any help would be great

On our '82 the two positive battery cables went to an insulated stud on the inside of the frame rail. From there, one cable went to the starter and two ran back to the battery chargers.

Negative cable terminate in the battery bay. Positive cable terminate to a frame mounted bus-bar located on drivers side frame rail, in- side frame near bell housing. Not sure you will be able to located without getting under the bus. One more advantage if a springer coach!
