Default FC Wiring Diagram 1284967 "What is it" question

Near the bottom right of my wiring diagram (either side of horn relay) going to pin # 4 is something marked "quick start aid sensor & on other side of pin 4 is a toggle switch marked Norm off/ MOM on. Both have opt. 5630 at end.
Does anyone know what this is and what it does. Does opt 5630 mean that it was an add on option?
I'm still hunting for a schematic of the A/T switch and was hoping that this had something to do with it...but I doubt it.

Thanks

Robert

Default AT

On my 1980 FC the AT switch was not a momentary switch. Should be an on/off switch like for a simple light. A momentary switch would be like for a starter. Can't recall anything like that but mine didn't have many options.

I suspect it is for an Ether injecting starting aid for cold starting. I did not know they offered that on the 3208, but they did on the Detroit 6 and 8v's.
