I know being off the road in a safe place must be a huge relief . Hopefully you can get a good night's sleep and tackle it in the morning.

Sounds like you lost the prime with the filters and the air is bubbling up into raycor.
Filters should be filled with fuel and I always put a little ATF on the O-rings before they are tightened.
Dave, good to hear from you.
Bus was losing power so I change filters. I did top off with ATF. Still had low power, that's when I noticed bubbles in racor. Apparently something was causing the leak before I even touched it.

On the side of the racor theres a small copper line.
That line goes to the racor filter gauge in the dash area.
I have seen that gauge suck air.
Take the line off the racor and find a plug to plug the hole in the fitting,it may be sucking air.

Thanks Randy. We're gonna get some shut eye now that were off the highway. I'll check that first thing in morning and report findings.

Had to block the copper line to the gauge when I installed the electric pump. Racor is pressurized by the electric pump if the pump is working.

Check if electric pump is running or has power? If not look for inline fuse, might be in gray key box. Ignition box, rear start switch box or whatever you call that box.

If it’s the electric pump itself that’s bad I left you a new spare one. It did blow one fuse years ago going to WOG.

If it turns out that the Racor bubbles aren't really causing the no start problem, there have been some intermittent series 60 no start problems caused by defective SRS and/or TRS sensors so you may want to research those.

Here's one Thread to get you started (sorry, no pun intended):

Why was an electric pump added to the series 60 to begin with?
