Default m380 electrical

Used my coach a week ago. No problems --- at least with the seat. Now I get in and the pilot seat won't work. Do some checks and find the supply voltage to the seat from the floor is only reading about 8 volts. Will not operate the seat. Copilot seat is fine. Check schematics and it shows two fuses, one for each seat at the front panel. I seem to only have one fuse --- that when pulled both seats have no power. I tested the seat with a remote battery and it works fine. Any ideas? This electrical stuff is driving me nuts!
