Default M380 PM Schedule

When I owned the FC coach, I had a spreadsheet based preventative maintenance schedule that included the engine, generator and chassis so I could track when items were last done and needed to be done next. Has anyone put together a similar document for the M380? Difficult to keep up with things without it. Happy to collaborate with others to put one together if we don't have one.

It is on my to-do list but I will wait on yours since your electrical document was far better than I could possible create.

Default M380 PMI Spreadsheet

Eric - Link below is to a PMI spreadsheet that I saved for later from an original post by WOG member Ron Rueckwald back in 2011. My plan was to go through all the things he listed and update them as well as the intervals, to the M380. I changed the title to M380 but with all my rehab projects have not had time to update the rest . Should give you something to start with and I know everyone would appreciate an accurate M380 specific sheet. When you update it make sure to update the Rev date from Ron's original. You could also update & leave your newest version posted as a Google .xls sheet so everyone can access. If you use the free Google spreadsheet program and update within that, this should be done automatically. But recommend you keep it in .xls format so even those using MS Excel can benefit. By the way, tried to send this direct to your sbcglobal email address but it bounced.

https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B8VI...p=docslist_api

The above page may initially come up blank or cropped - select download icon [down arrow above line] to see & download latest .xls spreadsheet. On my iPad I can download and then choose "Open in..." to select Google Sheets to get modifiable version. Suppose if you use MS Excel you could open in that program with the same results. If you have problems with that, send me an email and I'll send link to "share" a modifiable version.

PS - THANKS Ron! Even your old posts continue to benefit everyone.

Sorry Van but read your message after I had finished my first version of the PM list. I will study the one you provided and see how I can consolidate the two. As for sending file in google.xls format you've stumped me. Don't know how to do that. Can I save document in that format out of Excel? WOG site is kind of particular on attached file formats or I would put it out as xls file. Appreciate all comments on what I've put together so far. Rows that have ????? in left column mean I don't know what the heck BB is referring to and would appreciate anyone that can provide information. In the few cases I found conflicts between BB, Cummins, Powertech, I used the OEM recommendation. Also threw in a few items like tire changes and Bigfoot leveler maintenance.

Default Google Sheets

https://www.google.com/sheets/about/

PDFs cannot easily be changed. Google sheets allows both .xls and Google specific spreadsheet formats to be edited by others (at your option), on line and real time (called collaboration). If you don't want to allow editing online that is the authors option. Online editing can be turned on or off. Once posted on Sheets, you'd only need to generate a link and you could then post that link on the WOG for all to access.

Default M380 PM Spreadsheet V2.0

I'm attaching another PDF file of the PM spreadsheet with some additional items I got from the Allison RV Owner's Manual plus battery life tracking at the bottom. If anyone wants an XL format version so they can modify it on their computer, send me a message with your email address and I will send it to you. Besides helping me stay current on PM work, I found that keeping a similar spreadsheet record of maintenance was a major selling point when I sold my FC.

Default M380 PM Spreadsheet V3.0

Attaching a revised PM spreadsheet with some minor tweaks plus a new section for the Hurricane heater maintenance. Again, if anyone wants an Excel version, message me with your email and I will send it to you.
