There are clearly disk brakes on the dolly wheels, but I agree that's one of those "you gotta be kidding" idea's. But I've said who would want a camera in a cell phone too. So what do I know? Apparently not much.

I hear ya John. We've all had one of those miscalculations haven't we? I remember when I saw my first disposable BIC lighter and thought "This will never catch on". Sort of like Victor Kiam's moment when he said he wouldn't invest in Velcro because he thought "This will never catch on"

With the advent of smaller hybred/electric cars this is not a bad idea. I'd invest $5 in it

I would as well.
And with all the water in the world, who in their right mind would buy a bottle of water?

I read an article about this some time ago. From what I can remember the object was to be able to get to the cause of traffic jams. When they have traffic jams it can be almost impossible to get to the vehicle that is causing the problem with a tow truck, due to the congestion and their roads. They can be blocked solid.
This helped solve the problem, from what I remember.
