I miss seeing John and talking about our pains.

What I miss most is seeing John sitting in our coach arguing with Ann about Facebook. They would go round and round. Then John would give that sly smile and they were friends again.
That happened over and over at flywheelers, shipsewana and wog. It was a fun game. John liked to present himself as a sturn rule enforcer but under that facade was a warm puppy of a guy.

We miss you John.

Terrific read about John's life and history. I only had the privilege of meeting John once at "Q" in 2010. He immediately treated me as an old friend. We sat and talked for a long time in his bus. I will never forget him.

I've been gone awhile and I'm sorry to see John has passed. He was a great help on getting some of the odd things on our FC sorted out. We had the pleasure of taking him out to dinner on one of his SoCal trips. I can see by the fond messages how much he is missed.
