Definitely interesting. I respect the effort, but just about everything looks so inconvenient except for their spices. Just like this build, I have sailed boats where a large amount of regularly needed things in storage were under panels of the floor that lift up (as well as valves to dump the tanks) and I enjoy no part of that style of storage. There is a reason you NEVER see this done in a house.
