Default Dan Hartley,Coach parts,be patient!

I talked to Dan today and i knew that Dan was going through tough times with a sick parent.
So hes behind in shipping parts and returning calls.
Remember,hes a one man shop.

Well,a week ago his dad passed away, and 3 days later his mom died,of a broken heart.
Hes trying to make return calls and emails and stuff and make the proper arrangements for the funerals.

I'm asking you all to be patient in these tough times.
He will be in touch as soon as he can.
Thanks.

That's painful. I lost my mom the week before I bought my bird, I was arranging the inspection on the way back from the funeral. During that period my brothers and I had to have the conversation, because that phenomenon is real. One spouse following the other quickly. In our case, my dad went through the stages of grief just like a textbook case, then pulled out, and a few months later, moved himself to Florida and started his retirement. Up until mom's passing, dad's retirement was consumed by her care (MS). She got bad in the last 10 years. The toll it took on him was rough to watch. I'm happy that he's happy now. Grief is a process. We all miss her, but know she's at rest.
