Default Bedroom TV/Radio

I have a replacement radio for the one in the bedroom. I'd like to connect the speakers from the TV to that radio. They are only about 6' apart but it looks as though this is no easy task. Any suggestion on how/where to run the wires. Thanks

A radio with Bluetooth input and a Bluetooth transmitter in the TV headphone jack is the simplest way to go. You will need a power source to charge the transmitter. Mine needed 12 volts DC

A radio with an Aux input with a cord from the TV headphone jack to the aux input on the radio would be my second choice.

I have done wanderlodges both ways. Can't help with where to run the wires.
