Default RVer runs EVERYBODY Off The Road!!! Scary!

Not an actual catastrophe, but almost caused one, and it could have been very serious.

This video was posted today by a guy I follow on Youtube.
He was caravaning with several other RV's, on a 2-lane road.
This class A driver was determined to pass all of them, and in doing so, ran vehicles right off the road. It almost appears he was playing 'chicken' with the oncoming cars.
I watch a lot of 'bad driver' videos on youtube, (and do a lot of cursing at the computer screen!) but I cannot believe the recklessness, selfishness and utter disregard displayed here. I don't know if this guy was drunk, high, or what.

Skip to about 1:15 to see the actual dashcam footage.

Besides the obvious issues driver's like this present, there is the further damage to the public's perception of the thousands of RV operators who do operates their rigs in a safe manner!

In my younger days I woulda followed him to his destination and drug him out of his castle and beat him like a rented mule. That is if I didn’t have more pressing business like signing a peace treaty or inventing a cure for some terrible disease. I survived a headon collision once and the aftermath wasn’t fun. And the mili-seconds leading up to it weren’t so special either.

Isn't that where the concept of the "Posse" came from in the west. It was to deal with injustices or worse. Just need some red meat eating Americans to have a very persuasive discussion about a code of conduct while traveling here in the states. I for one am glad that the folks had video to share with authorities but I would have cranked this up to a citizens arrest level and held him till police arrived. And then poster of video goes on to say ( paraphrased) "this is why we need to have a national certification for RV drivers training." Yeah right go ahead and advocate for making government larger and more powerful then it already is. ( which means more loss of freedom) I think not! A training certification would not have prevented this individual from this moment of potential homicidal bad decision making, I think most would agree. This is a deep character flaw or impulse control issue with or without the possible influence of drugs or alcohol.

That road can be tricky, with offsets and wash's (warshes) to the midwest people!
At speed you could have a bad day hitting one of those washes..

If you have some miles under your belt, then seeing stupid poop(did that get censored?) like this is nothing new. Life is like a box of chocolates.
Kinda surprised this guy was a Canadian I thought they were a bit more chill behind the wheel, they normally stop for pedestrians at crosswalks, at least the few that I’ve driven with. What a hoser, Aye.

He was probably trying to prove his “manhood “. I see lesser coaches and fifthwheelers do it all the time. They’re **** bent to get around a high end coach.

Down here in Florida where our population doubles this time of the year,
I think you would find that the majority of the locals
would strongly disagree with that perception,

but then, it's difficult to "single out" any one group of people
as there is more than enough bad behavior "all around"

Everybody's got them. If he is that much in a rush, stay on the interstate.
He obviously doesn't get that travel in a motor home is supposed to be enjoyable, relaxing.
If he was Canadian, allow me to apologize on behalf of my countrymen.
