[QUOTE=Kiwi3;421924]I didn't get the BlazeCut although I wanted it for the generator bay - it was unavailable at the time. So I went with the Elide Fire Ball, they are kinda the same thing. I have two mounted in my engine bay, and one in the generator compartment. I have the traditional fire safety halon behind the refrigerator.

Got three of the balls.
They arrived today.
Two going in engine compartment.
One over the batteries, one centered on the door to do both sideso of the engine and one in the closet to cover the electrical panel.

I put one over the batteries, the second on the opposite side on wall. Probably would be better if I had mounted it closer to the exhaust stack. My third is in the generator bay. Granted I'm no expert, nor did I stay in a Holiday Inn Express.

The fire balls came with a metal basket mount. I haven't had any problems in the time that I've had them.
