What do ya think they paid for that piece of Cr$!. I wonder how the insurance company will value it. This was before the present economic crisis but when my PT 40 caught fire and was scrapped the ins reimbursed more than what I paid for it. I still have the carcass and it still looks better than than this SOB.

Default Observation...

I helped a good friend a few days ago do a little maintanance work on his mid 90's stick and staple unit. (I do not use the term "SOB" because no matter what anybody says, it is derogatory in nature and it is my desire to be helpful, not derogatory). We all make mistakes and owning "another brand" could very well fall into the "mistake" catagory, not my call though...

Anyway, this "other" brand is a 35' Cummins/Allison diesel pusher of which he bought for a "fair" price.

Interestingly, in doing a search for the fuel filter, it was discovered that the coach never came with one. Nada, ZIP, Zilch... We traced from the tank pick up to the injector pump and walla, no filter except for the factory Cummins water seperator right before the injector pump. That cannister has about the same volume as a Pepsi can. What a "shock" to say the least...

Second of many observations, the gasoline generator though 5500 watts is only allowed to run one of the two A/C's at a time. Either the bedroom OR the living room, not both at one time. I guess ya can't take a nap and have your spouse cook at the same time?

I, more and more appreciate my BLUEBIRD WANDERLODGE because it will do anything I need it to do (except speed) without hesitation. My family and I feel as safe as anyone can feel safe, day or night, wet or dry, hot or cold, right side up or upside down. Glad my first coach is the best coach... (tears, tears)

Ryan,if you ever get a chance to visit an RV wrecking yard,do so.
that will open your eyes.
You know those silver trailers that cost so much?the bullet shaped ones?
you should see one of those after an accident, the insides just fall apart, cabinets, everything is made out of partical board.
