Default RV Fire Disaster

Hopefully this link will work for all, These are pictures of this mornings RV Fire. Both occupants survived, and a dog, Another pet lost.
The Brevard Co. FL. Fire Dept was quick and did a great job, This fire was fast and furious. A disaster for the owner & humbling experience for all onlookers. The best after advice was; save the people , pets if possible and get out, immediately.

Wow, there is not much left. Was that Winnebago parked next to it?

These are photos of the first two RV's to arrive early at an RV RAlly. At 5:00 AM 3/27.08, a fire started. The best guess for ignition was a shorted heating blanket. The RV parked next was able to drive to safety with slide and awning out, No serious injuries, all people safe including a pet dog,
another pet was lost to the fire. This is for your information only and hopefully something to learn about how fast a fire can destroy a Motorhome

Unbelievable.
Shorted heating blanket?????Presumably one built into the bus???as opposed to one on them. This is why I removed my freeze protection heaters long ago.

It was a 2010 Country Coach Prevost conversion. Word is that the fire started in the battery area:
