Default Hanging Hose

On my 88 WB Wanderlodge below the engine area I have 2 hoses approx. 1/2" dia hanging down almost to pavement. The are about 2' apart and approx. 1' to either side of centerline of coach. Are these vent hoses off the engine as they always seem to have an small amount of oil under them? Or ???

if u go to the top of the hoses--their is some valves have to be cleaned every so often (i did it once a year)to keep them working..just some simple cleaning is required IMO..carb cleaner after removal..

if they stop up..it can blow some engine seals..

my old 94 never used 1 gal of delo 100 per year oil changes with 10-15000 miles of hard running
