Default Service in CT

It's almost time for spring maintenance. Once I've done that, I want to replace my steer tires and have the brakes inspected. I have a local tire shop that took care of me with my prior Bird, so I think I'm covered there.

But for brakes & other service I need a shop that goes beyond just tires. I called our local BB dealer figuring they'd be willing to service an 'All American' but they claim they just sell parts, despite their website boasting 'X service bays!' I was really disappointed, because both the owner as well as his service manager are Fort Valley transplants from the 70's.

So then I was thinking maybe DATTCO in New Britain since they are a bus company who services outside customers. Anybody ever used them? They are my former employer but it's been 23 years so I don't think any of the guys I knew are even there anymore. If anybody has any experience with them or can recommend any other shops in CT (or just outside), I'd appreciate the feedback.
