RVillage
A friend of mine, Curtis Coleman (Prevost Guy), just launched RVillage.com
Its a social network for RVers. Its still in beta form but pretty well developed at this point. It features a locator(a bit like Blue Bird Maps but more automated) that allows you to check in with whoever is nearby. Seems like facebook for RVers, however, in addition to staying virtually connected with friends you also see who is parked nearby wherever you happen to be.... Its powerful. Agree.. It is growing quickly I joined last year with 1000 members. Now over 13,000.
31 in the Bluebird group. You can see where they are. If you "Check in" to your park (or city) , it keeps track of it, showing your past sites. Some junk chatter like facebook but it can be ignored. Hopefully the moderators will keep on purpose.

"....facebook for RV'ers....." kinda worries me.
 I was on facebook for a few years until it began to look like a spring-board for spam, phishing, malware and a plethora of other junk, some dangerous.  I terminated my facebook involvement. I do hope the promoters of RV Village which looks like it has a potential for a friendly social media.

I used both BBMaps and RVillage the last time I traveled. Through Rvillage I met a couple of people I may have have not otherwise, but even strangers knowing a little about you, before they've even met you kind of bothers me. I like to ease into who I am any given night. : )

Signing in with Bluebird, Coach name (and Picture?) and last name (so friends can search for it) Is a good way to try it out. The history places of your travel is interesting. Also will show proximity of those in the Bluebird group... up to 36 now
