Default RV Self Park

https://rvselfpark.com/

Found this on another site .

Many of us have probably used a self-parking lot for our cars. No attendant, pay by credit card, (hopefully) well monitored.
The RV Self Park is a spin on that for us. The first one is on I-44 in Missouri. Take the link above check out the pictures, rates, and how it works. You even get access to the security cameras. Hopefully more to come.
It appears to have been well thought out and executed. The developers appear to have used quality materials and components. They even went as far as using power pedestals from Jamestown Advanced Industries ... the Rolls-Royce benchmark for that type of product. That's what I have, everyone should have at least one of their power pedestals.

Great business model, this would be great to have these scattered around the country. Pay by the hour.

That is a great idea. I hope it catches on and there are more of them. Somebody used their brain on this and got rid of a lot of overhead and low-low maintenance.

I could see one of these doing well on a Florida to points-north route along 95 or 75.

Kind of reminds me of the RV parking areas in the rest stops along the Ohio Turnpike. Same concept, probably nicer surroundings.

Yeah this is a great idea. I would love to see some around some of the big cities for convenience.

If you have a unit with slides on both sides 14 ft. Means you will be inches from your neighbor. Of you pull of the road at 7 you would have to leave at 5 am or pay $39
00 a night. If it is not gated security could be a problem. Cameras do nothing. Good idea but needs some tweaking. Might be hard to show a profit if it not full every night. How fo they regulate your stay? I would guess the power is on a timer but if there is no attendant rv'rs would overstay.

Wonder what the advantage is of being automated. High capital cost vs. hiring an attendant.
