Default PT36 Water Leak Behind Cabinets

Long story short, I had a freeze incident on my 1985 PT36 this last winter. I had two lines burst under the bed that I have repaired, but have a third leak....somewhere behind the double closet and the kitchen cabinets between the water tank under the bed and the ice maker between the kitchen and the sofa. My kitchen is on the street side, as is the water tank.

I am assuming this will involve removing the water tank in back, that I don't think is such a bad job, I have been most of the way through that already. Any tricks for evaluating/inspecting/repairing from there to the front?

Thanks,
Mike
