Default BlueFire - preliminary results for M380

While waiting for my tires to be installed, I killed time by dropping almost all of the available data fields on the BlueFire iOS app on to my iPad just to see what values get reported when the device is connected to the M380 front data port. The list below is what I saw on my drive home. I'd be interested in what other BlueFire users are getting. Also interested in any comments about what data VM Spec displays that BlueFire doesn't.

Total Hours
Engine Status (universal engine icon that changes color)
Oil Pressure (fixed value of 55 psi - same as Road Relay)
Coolant Temp
Transmission Temp
Fan State*
Fan Speed*
Intake Temp*
Barometric Pressure* (was displaying a value, didn’t validate)
Boost Pressure
Battery Voltage
Cruise Control (universal cruise control icon)
Cruise State* (shows on Road Relay)
Cruise Set Speed* (shows on Road Relay)
Current Gear
Selected Gear*
Instant Fuel Economy*
Total Fuel Used* (surprised this was available - is a BIG number)
Home Time*

Fuel Level (surprised; maybe it picks up from Fuel Tank 1 or 2)
Odometer (surprising since engine hours and total fuel used are stored and displayed)
Brake Primary Air (also surprising — thought ECM has this info)
Brake Secondary Air
Coolant Level* (data available??)
Coolant Pressure* (don’t think there is a sensor for this)
Oil Temp* (data available??)
Exhaust Temp* (don’t think there is a sensor for this)
Retarder Temp* (data available??)
Outside Temp* (don’t think there is a sensor for this)
Brake Pressure (didn’t expect anything since BB has split system)

Fuel Remaining*
Distance to Empty*
Fuel Fill Up*
Trip Distance
Trip Fuel Used*
Trip Fuel Economy*
Average Fuel Economy*

Engine Load*
Engine Torque*
Driver Torque*
Fuel Rate*
Fuel Tank 1 (not relevant)
Fuel Tank 2 (not relevant)
DEF Level (not relevant)
Local Time*
Dual Time*

* No dash gauge for this on M380

I'm on the fence about the bluefire for my 95 WB. I like the display and it connects easily, but........ when compared to my Silverleaf, the silverleaf gives a little better info, but was harder to set up.
I'm running the BF with an older 2015 Samsung tablet. I was able to use the same mount for both setups so they were equal. The BF connects with bluetooth quickly. I do have to restart it every time I shut off the bus...and it lets me know for a while....bluetooth not connected..over and over. Also I have to tap the screen once every 10 minutes or the tablet will go dark. All the gauges are easy to read. I don't like the fuel items. The fuel tank will only let me reset to full...it's not reading at all right now and the MPG is instantanious, so it might read 3 or it might read 150 mpg instantly.
Your M380 might give more info, my tablet could be newer and I know there is probably a bunch of operator error involved

I am using it with a iPad mini 2. works well. I turned everything on and figured out what the ECM didn't do and took those things out. I have to go to the coach to get a list of what data is coming in. I like it and am mounting the iPad soon to a (removable) holder near the jack panel. I have an older Nexus. I was going to try that, but the app loads slow and I just don't think an older tablet has enough processing power and/or memory. IMHO.

I finally bought a new tablet so now I am considering the BF to replace the Silverleaf as I have to run that on a 12 year old netbook. I just need to look at the connector so that I order the right one. I have played with the app on the tablet, but it keeps saying that the gauges are locked. Weird.

Right about the connector. I got the 9 pin (I think) and had to return it (dealer was good) and buy a 6 pin. My bad for not looking first.
