Pat Gureasko, who has lost a huge amount of weight this pat year, is going to lead a discussion group on A Healthy Quick Start To Your Best Life. She has a plethora of knowledge on a healthy life style, free ideas and support, links to tasty food ideas and general helpful information. Beth Barrineau and Dawn Hollis are working on some craft projects for us to make! They said even I could make these crafts....  Ladies Luncheon Thursday is in the capable hands of Roberta Shawver, Carol Dupree and Donna Bragdon. Don’t forget to purchase 50/50 tickets each day, must be present to win. I think the Flea Market is Saturday morning, more details from Kip Henry will follow. Bring your For Sale items to sell so you can buy more 50/50 tickets  Each night, in the main activity building, there will be games being played. Bring your game or come join in, this is your personal official invitation! Don’t be shy... I am going to try to post of Facebook each day....but......stroll by, OFTEN and...... *********WATCH THE WHITE BOARD EACH DAY*******

Liliana Pappas will have her TRAVELING NAIL equipment for mani pedi’s. She does GELS. She is a walker, so, If you see her, flag her down to make an appointment or visit her at SITE 135. She also is in the activity building frequently!
She and Steve always volunteer to help! Thanks! My name is already on her list! Also, Fran McGinnis has volunteered to SHARE her paints for rock painting......YOU NEED TO SUPPLY (bring your own) ROCKS! I don’t have a time scheduled yet. It may be at her coach or activity building. Let one of us know if you are interested. I picked up some lovely rocks in Homer Alaska this summer. I’m going to try to paint them....with Fran’s help! DONT FORGET TO CHECK THE WHITE BOARD....FREQUENTLY!!
