Thanks Randy thought they would be good but you never know the part is on and is good but it wasn't a good experience.. just figured I would warn others so they don't get taken

Sorry to hear. I can commiserate. I had a rough day at the car stealership today trying to pick up my wife's daily driver. Unbelievable the kind of work and charges that get tacked on a scheduled service required to maintain a factory warranty. It borders on theft.

Thanks Jim the charge was a little high but I was OK with it I did most they came out ... but never thought it would go the way it did I could have fought it they didn't have a signed estimate but I would just rather warn others

$550 in labor and shop supplies to get the dampener replaced? As someone that's done this himself, that actually doesn't sound that far off. It's actually probably cheaper than I would expect.

…but Mike did all of the work to get to the balancer.

Ah, I misunderstood. I thought he just procured the dampener, my reading comprehension went right over him opening the front up.
