Seeing as how it's built as a schoolbus (with a different interior), most of the lights and marker lights use commercial vehicle parts, which are fairly standardized. Bust out the tape measure, and have a look through some options.

OK,we have to stop that rumor right away.
The wanderlodge was built by a school bus company,not built as a school bus with a fancy interior.

They share a few parts,but they were never a school bus.

Part number is 9382 (red) 9382A (amber) and 9382W (white/clear).

A google search for 'taillight lens 9382' brings up a good number of results.
