Default Dash Parts ????

I talked to Parliament about replacement parts. and they had no contacts for the M450 parts any more.
I need a new top to my dash, right hand side and a new wood grain cover that had the 1 slot radio and the color back-up camera monitor mounted to it. Any one know of some one that may have picked up some parts from the sale or have any input?

Thanks
Bob.

Sorry about all this Bob.

Was it parts manager Dan Hartley at Parliament that you talked with?

Yes it was Dan. I guess they can't get any door parts or any of the dash parts ether. This is a real bummer.

Hi Bob
Try any vacuum forming company in your area they should be able to copy what you have and make a plaster form with the shrink rate for ABS plastic ( I think the shrink rate is 6% for ABS)
The other choice is to fix the cover you have on hand.
So sorry, Enjoy what's is left of the holidays.
Hish

Repairing the dash might be a good option. After repairs are made you could have a dash cover made up to hide any imperfections. My dash is covered with a quality carpet cover...I like it allot. You could have the cover made so that it rolls over the edge a little (mine is flat). I have 2 pieces of wood cut out the same size as the "cubby holes" in the dash...that way the carpet cover sits flat.

Does the dash happen to match anything used in the LTC or Q-Bus line of Blue Bird? I would be curious as to whether you could go through Blue Bird for the parts.

I have Allen Barbee Checking. I pulled the dash this AM with all the parts. Now I can see what options I have.

Maybe get one made out of Corian, or granite. Corian can be worked with carbide wood working tools.
