Default HELP - front suspension not inflating

1982 FC
The rear inflates fine.
The front will not inflate.
Where are the items I should check???
I've checked this forum and find it overwhelming with information but few photos. Where are the valves I should be checking?
Please help!! I'm currently stranded... :-(

Is the bird fully aired up in the tanks. Try dumping and going back up

1: This may help...info starts past the Koni info.

http://www.wanderlodgeownersgroup.co...%20CONTROL.pdf

2: As mentioned...air up bus fully...then cycle the dump switch several times...about a 5 second cycle dump/fill.

3: Careful if you go under the bus. Do not get killed under there. Unless my FC chassis rails are fully supported by proper jackstands/cribbing...I for one ain't crawling under something I can't bench press.

My guess is the front ride height control valve is shot. I have lived through these same symptoms. The HCV is located in the middle of the front axle and runs up to a frame cross member above the drive shaft. You can get a new one almost anywhere. I carry a couple spares. However! the rear will inflate if a front bag let go, been there and done that too!

It is possible that the rod is slipping or broke off. The connecting rod goes from the leveling valve to the front axle somewhere near the center of the axle.
