Default Rally between the rallies

OK folks...it's time.
Vintage Birds rally is over Sun. Time to get ready for Pine Mountain.

Since we have a week between the rallies, I have invited all WOG members to come by my place in northern Florida during the in between week. I currently have 8 elec and water hookups available. I have two of our hurricane refugees still here. They are using 2 of my 10 hookups. These 2 will be available after Wed of this week. We are in Wellborn FL, exit 292 off I-10 and exit 427 off I-75. Anyone heading to Pine Mountain or elsewhere, are welcome to come by. Stay a day or two or the entire week between rallies.
I will have 2 grills set up under a tent for your use. Use as you like for grilling. Or there is every imaginable fast food and steak house in Lake City. Just 10 minutes away. And for the ice cream lover among us, there is a Culver's and Dairy Queen.
We can accomplish some minor repairs in the shop if needed. Oil changes too. I have a 55 gallon drum of Sunoco 40wt 2 stroke diesel oil. (.08% ash). I also stock Wix/NAPA oil filters for us 2 stroke guys.
As part of my invite to you all, I will be providing a catered breakfast on Saturday, Oct 19. (FREE to all attending) Catered by the Dixie Grill in Live Oak FL. They have eggs, bacon, grits, home fries, sausage gravy and biscuits, chicken tenders, sausage patties, flap jack with butter and syrup. (Ya getting hungry yet) Of course we'll be grilling all day as well.
And Sat evening we will have a huge "back on the road again bonfire" since I have lots of tree debris to burn. I understand it's gonna get a bit cool this week, I have lots of firewood. So gathering around the campfire will be the activity each evening.
So make plans to come by, if just to say hi. If you need directions or have questions, give me a call at 603-283-8403

Looking forward to seeing folks there. Headed down tomorrow to get some stuff done on the coach and see folks. Unfortunately I have had a long term engagement for WOG week planned for some time so if you can be at Don's I look forward to seeing you.

Hello fellow BB owners. I finally got a chance to post the results of our rally between the ralliies event.
Turned out to be a pretty good get together. During the week we had a total of 22 people come in. Not everyone stayed the entire week though. Some just stopped in for a day or two. Some were on their way to other destinations. Some on their way to Pine Mountain. Some stayed the entire week. In fact we still have three of our fellow BB owners here. Enjoying the great weather. And completing a few repairs and maintenance.

We were grillin' almost every day. Saturday we had an awesome catered breakfast from the Dixie Grill. Sat afternoon we even had some neighbors prepare some food and stop by. Weather was fantastic all week. Not a drop of rain. And some kind hearted friends even chipped in to help with storm clean up from the two hurricanes. Our bonfire on Sat night was spectacular. A friend left his flamethrower for me to start the fire. That was wild. I think Lefty may have posted a video about it.
I like to thank all our friends that stopped by and contributed to the good time we all had. Perhaps we'll do it again. Who knows, it may very well become and annual event. Heck, I might have to put in a few more hookups.

Glad all went well for your inaugural In-between Rally.
