No power on either of the large wires at the solenoid? One runs straight from the battery. If you don't have power on one side of that solenoid your batteries are dead, the switch is off or you left a wire off somewhere.

Hi all.
I believe i finally got this under control.

Started cleaning ground connections in the fwd electrical box under the drivers window. Found a #14 gage 2 wire connector fried. Connector located to the rear of the electrical cmpt. I presume these 2 wires run directly to the battery cmpt in the rear.
Pulled and cleaned both connectors on Allison relay box as well as grounds in the area. I noticed the resettable breakers attached to the 2 busses, seemed loose so i snug tightened them(old airplane mechanic term)
Ops chk normal. Started first time every time.
Thanks to all and Dave Hollis for the assistance
