1972 bluebird bus conversion parts needed please help

I just bought this 1972 blue bird bus conversion in to a motorhome which is now my home with my 2boys recently learned there is next to no information about these things..I'm having issues with it and trying to get the bugs out after sitting for 10+ yrs. Recently on my travels my clutch has decided to fail and don't know where to start about finding parts.it's a 366 GM motor on propane and not sure of transmission only that it's a 5spd.HELP PLEASE

Wow, that may be a problem finding help. You need a truck shop to R&R the clutch, pressure plate and throw out bearing. You may also need to have the flywheel surfaced. These items are normal procedures when you have to replace the clutch. Then of course it could be a hydraulic clutch cylinder failing if it is so equipped. Are there big truck shops near you?

Hi yes I do have a mechanic working on it but I called a parts supply place and of course no listings but I'm just wondering if there are any suppliers around and I know its a 2 clutch plate system but I'm stumped on replacement parts manufactures

I would try to talk to some one in a Blue Bird School Bus dealership or in a School District Garage. Look for the old guy who has been there for awhile.
Blue Bird had an assembly plant in Canada in the 1960's - 70's so you should be able to find somebody with some knowledge.

Clutch parts do NOT have to be Bluebird specific. They used many different manufacturers parts over the years. I have found the easiest way to obtain many of the "Bluebird" parts is simply to remove the part, take it to a good parts house. In this case, a good truck clutch supplier. And have them match it up.
Has worked for me for many years of turning wrenches.
