I have been there and seen the place for sale.
The river is majestic,watch eagles and deer and theres very few boats on this river,the Snake joins in a few miles south and most of the boating is down there,
No boats means its nice and quiet.
Just a short walk away theres a state park or maybe a core park,the neighborhood is small and quiet.
And the cell tower is across the river on top of the mountain,good phone and internet!
