Default Generator with 3 cyl Izuzu wiring

Would anyone have the control box wiring for the Generator with the 3 cylinder Izuzu 2000LX ME? Someone has been hacking the wiring in the control box on top of the engine. I would like to restore it to original but do not have the wiring information.
Any help is appreciated.
I have attached a photo of the control box.

Is Your generator working? If so a schematic will not help at all. Its not a picture of how the control box wiring looks but instead how everything is connected. There is a schematic of the box in the back of my owners manual. By the way, mine is not that neat inside either.

Be advised the first picture reveals the original style obsolete voltage regulator is still in there. It is the off white sealed box with the white wires in the upper right hand corner of the image and box. Those regulators have proven to less than reliable to a number of us. I would recommend that you carry a replacement regulator in your spare parts box. The new style regulator will require wiring changes to install.

Rick, the photos I posted are for reference of the type of controller used with this generator.
A copy of that schematic would be very helpful.

In the 1st picture it looks like the cover of the control box.
If so, is that the wiring diagram on it?
