Default Lighted switch under sink

I have a lighted switch under my sink. Normally, its in the off position. I am not sure what it would do in the on position.

Anyone have any idea what it does?

I have two switches in our LXI under the sink. The lighted one is the insta-hot and the other is a block heater

My block heater and water heater switches are on my dash. There only seems to be one switch for me under there.

On mine that switch feeds the receptacle the Instahot is plugged into.

^^^- When InstaHot removed & LP range replaced with induction, I plugged induction into that switch controlled outlet. Having appliances on switched outlets allows one to stop their phantom electrical draws when off grid boondocking. At night the juice savings can add up. Did the same for the microwave and entertainment stuff up front.

Joatha,

On my 2000 Lxi I had a small diameter hot water dispenser that would be used to instantly supply hot water for tea, rather than heating water on the stove or in the microwave. I never found this useful. I replaced that faucet and the heater under the sink, and replaced it with a water filter and a common filtered water dispenser.
I didn’t read if your coach had a similar hot tea water dispenser. Maybe your’s was also replaced?
