I also have some of the slinky cords that the headsets plug into, all new in sealed bags, and some ear muff type headsets with no mic provisions, the ear pads are kinda rough, too many years stored away.
free if you want this stuff, they are going in the dumpster if you don't.

Those look like over the ear style ATC headsets, I bet any parts, including the foam, are still available from Plantronics. The end connector is probably a strange flat looking piece that would plug into a key, and the key would have a double pronged end to plug into the radios.

I have always thought it would be cool to have a set of headphones that plug into the factory system. Unfortunately, there's a lot of cut wiring in the overhead compartment, and I fear that testing whether or not the system works would be kind of expensive, and probably a failure.

Interesting that there's no mention of the system, or what the headphones look like, in the owner's manual I have.

Sorry for the delay - I'm happy to pay for shipping for these, if it's not too late

I have a pair of David Clark active noise-cancelling headsets and an intercom from Flighttech ( http://flighttech.com/ ) that works awesome. Flighttech is a small business, made in America stuff.
